Job Description
Join the Team at Nissan of Cumming Nissan of Cumming is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Service Porter to support our busy service department. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring vehicles are handled safely, efficiently, and professionally throughout the service process. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with vehicle drop-off and pickup Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the service department and lot Maintain vehicle flow between service drive, technician areas, wash bays, and parking areas Keep the service drive, parking lots, and customer areas clean and organized Perform basic vehicle inspections upon arrival and note any visible damage Assist with washing, vacuuming, and preparing vehicles for customer delivery Shuttle vehicles as needed between dealership locations or vendor facilities Support service advisors and management with daily operational needs Ensure all vehicles are parked properly and secured Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic regulations Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Career advancement opportunities Ongoing training and development Why Nissan of Cumming?
