Job Description

W & W Collision Center in Demorest, GA is hiring a full-time Disassembly & Reassembly Automotive Technician , and we're ready to train the right person to thrive.
BECOMING ONE OF OUR DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS
What You'll Earn & Receive:
Pay:
$14.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience and skills) Benefits include: Health insurance assistance (after 3 months) Company-matched savings plan (after 3 months) Paid holidays Ongoing training & education opportunities 1 week of paid vacation + 3 personal days after one year
DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS MECHANIC JOB
Schedule :
4-day work week Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts) As part of our mechanical team, you will: Disassemble and reassemble vehicles after collisions Perform repairs and installations alongside experienced technicians Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition following OEM standards Install components like radiators and condensers
Conduct:
Calibrations Quality control checks Test drives Final scans At the end of the day, you'll take pride in getting customers safely back on the road.

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who meets these requirements: Willingness to complete I-CAR & other training Physical ability to lift/manage 70+ lbs and perform shop tasks Valid driver's license with a clean record Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills No experience needed! We partner with Career Collision Institute to train you into a full Auto Body Technician in under 2 years. If you can meet the requirements and characteristics listed above, we need you on our team!
