In this energetic role, you will perform essential oil changes, tire services, fluid top-offs, and vehicle inspections to keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical expertise and customer-focused attitude will help ensure every vehicle receives top-tier care while maintaining a lively and positive atmosphere. Responsibilities Perform quick oil changes, including filter replacements and fluid top-offs, ensuring adherence to specifications. Recommend need services to customer and explaining why service is needed. Conduct tire rotations and inspections using hand tools and power tools. Conduct basic vehicle diagnostics to identify maintenance needs or potential issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Support the team with vehicle inspections, light repairs, and general maintenance tasks as needed. Requirements Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics, oil changes, tire service, and basic repairs. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment efficiently and safely. Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while maintaining proper safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Emission certifcation is prefer but not required.
