We are moving into a brand-new facility with state-of-the-art equipment, a fully climate-controlled shop, and an upgraded work environment designed to support our team and improve efficiency. We are looking for motivated Lube Technicians who want to grow with a high-volume Kia service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Responsibilities include : Performing oil changes, tire rotations, multipoint inspections, fluid checks, filters, and basic maintenance services Inspecting vehicles accurately and documenting findings Working efficiently in a fast-paced service environment Maintaining a clean and professional work area Following dealership and manufacturer procedures What we are looking for : Automotive maintenance experience preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a team environment Valid driver's license Willingness to learn and grow Come join Rick Case Kia Duluth and be part of a new, modern, climate-controlled facility built for technician success!!
