Automotive Service Advisor - No Weekends! Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for the automotive industry? We're looking for a Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values integrity, and knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Customer Experience Champion Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude Listen to their concerns and clearly communicate service needs Build trust and long-term relationships through honest, transparent communication Service Coordination Pro Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently Translate customer concerns into actionable repair orders Recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle history Estimate & Approval Expert Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor Clearly explain costs and get customer approval before work begins Workflow Manager Create and manage repair orders Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service Keep customers informed throughout the process Customer Satisfaction Advocate Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction Address concerns with professionalism and care Go the extra mile to exceed expectations
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Solid understanding of automotive systems and repairs Proficiency with service software and computer systems A customer-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent (automotive certifications a plus)
