Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Mechanic/Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle care and repair services. In this role, you'll leverage your mechanical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrains, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to replace parts, perform alignments, welding, and other repairs. Service vehicles by executing oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and other routine maintenance tasks. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations to enhance customer service experience. Requirements Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and auto estimating software is preferred. Mechanical knowledge of powertrains, transmissions, diesel engines, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools safely. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
