Automotive Service Advisor | $90K$120K+ | MonFri

This is a full-time, in-person advisor role at one of the highest-rated independent repair shops in the Marietta area. We are looking for one proven service advisor who knows how to have an honest conversation with a customer, present what the vehicle needs, and close with integrity. No pressure tactics. No overselling. No cutting corners. Just doing the job right and getting paid well for it. We believe you can fix cars properly, charge appropriately, and genuinely take care of people — all at the same time. That's not a philosophy we talk about. This role is for you if: You are a process-driven advisor who shows up, runs the system, and doesn't need to be managed on the basics. You follow up without being told. You treat every customer like a neighbor because in this community, they probably are.

Compensation:
