Automotive Service Advisor / Writer

We're searching for an automotive service advisor with experience in an independent auto repair shop. You'll need to deliver AMAZING customer service and help customers feel confident that what they're spending is an investment in their vehicle — not just a bill. We do things a little differently here, and we want someone who's open to learning processes that have proven to create a shop environment free from chaos. This role is critical to the success of our business. Your primary job is professionally presenting — and selling — the services and repairs our technicians recommend.

If you don't want to earn a minimum of $75K, you are not the right candidate for this role. We're looking for team members who want to earn $90K+ and have the drive, skill, and work ethic to get there. Pay plan varies based on ability and experience — if you're the one we're looking for, you will be compensated very well. You're great with customers, motivated, honest, and you build strong relationships with the technicians behind the bay door. You retain information well and take ownership of your work.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
