With that being said, we are not looking for tecnicians that only want a paycheck. we are looking for the technician that wants to improve his/her life and the lives surrounding them. A technician that wants to grow and develop daily/weekly into the person they dream about. At Phoenix Motorworks, we believe our number one customer is ALWAYS our employees, and we strive to make sure that our team is consistently surrounded by those that crave growth and accept that hard decisions make an easy life. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical systems, and chassis components. Utilize advanced schematics and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and efficiently. Write comprehensive estimates and repairs followed by concise and accurate inspections Maintain an clean work area and ensure that per end of day, your bay is ready to function the following morning A learning mindset, followed by patience ( we are NOT like other shops, we ARE customer experience centric) maintain a minimum of 30 hours flagged per week ( we guarantee cars, we do NOT guarantee work. It is your responsibility to inspect and quote every car that comes into your bay. Transparency is everything to customer experience and every car needs work. Period. Maintain detailed repair records, complete service reports, and ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards. Maintain monthly training ( SSF online, Worldpac, Shopfix Etc) Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics equipment. Punctuality is not an option, be early, have your day setup before the day starts Expertise in engine repair, powertrain systems, and vehicle maintenance procedures for the following makes:
BMW, VOLKSWAGON,AUDI, VOLVO,MERCEDES
( Porsche is definitely a PLUS) Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, alignment equipment, and welding tools for various repair tasks. Experience with Tekmetric, Alldata, Identifix, Prodemand, Shopware Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience in automotive service environments. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
