What You'll Do:

Greet every customer with a warm smile and positive attitude. Educate guests about our wash packages, products, and membership options. Promote memberships and upgrades. Work collaboratively with your teammates to keep operations smooth and efficient. Ensure every customer leaves with a great experience.

Who You Are:

Outgoing, approachable, and persuasive — you enjoy connecting with people. Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented. Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet. Customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required).

Pay & Perks:

$11.00-$13.00/hour + commission. Commission-heavy role with strong earning potential. All employees eligible for club plan commissions.
