Experienced Service Advisor Vaden Automotive - Savannah, GA Vaden Automotive is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with prior dealership or automotive service advisor experience who understands how to balance customer satisfaction, technician efficiency, and service department profitability. What You'll Do:

Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs with professionalism and accuracy Write detailed repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services Serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and service management Ensure timely updates and follow-up throughout the repair process Promote maintenance and repair recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and comply with dealership and manufacturer standards

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service environment required Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple repair orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of CDK, Xtime, or similar DMS systems preferred Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements Why Choose Vaden Automotive?
