Position Overview:

As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing vehicle issues. You'll provide essential roadside services, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and reliable help.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to service calls for tire changes, jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, and battery replacements Diagnose and resolve common roadside emergencies for cars, trucks, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles Provide clear, honest communication and maintain a professional demeanor at all times Ensure accurate documentation of each service call Participate in training as needed and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

Clean criminal and motor vehicle background (required) Mechanical experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must provide your own basic roadside assistance tools and equipment (jumper cables, lug nut sockets, etc.) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to work within an 8am-1am schedule (with opportunity for extended hours as we restore 24/7 service) Willingness to work in various weather conditions
