In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Mini vehicles. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience with German vehicles, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently on both mechanical and electrical repairs. This is a flat-rate position with steady workflow in a professional, well-equipped shop that specializes exclusively in European vehicles. ASE certification and familiarity with OEM diagnostic tools such as ISTA, XENTRY, or ODIS is preferred. Must have own tools, just the regular tools, and a valid driver's license. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on German vehicles including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Mini Perform scheduled maintenance, oil services, brake repairs, suspension work, and major engine or drivetrain repairs Use OEM and professional diagnostic tools to accurately identify vehicle faults Document all work completed on repair orders clearly and accurately Communicate repair findings and recommendations to the service writer or shop manager Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality before returning to the customer Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay at all times Stay current with technical service bulletins and updates related to German vehicle brands
