If so, J.C. Lewis Motor Co. is seeking a qualified Lube Technician to join our service team in Statesboro , GA ! Position Overview As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and care of our customers' vehicles. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with experience in automotive maintenance who is eager to grow in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will be responsible for oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to service advisors Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines Assist other technicians and service personnel as needed Stay current with industry trends and training Qualifications Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role preferred Entry-level friendly - willingness to learn and grow Must have tools required to perform services Ability to lift and install tires Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with good communication skills Must be 19 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR/background check Education and Certification High school diploma or equivalent Technical or vocational training a plus ASE or similar certification is a bonus Benefits Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) + company match Employee discounts on products and services Ongoing training and development opportunities Paid vacation Select paid holidays Life insurance About Us J.C.
