Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues efficiently. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring all vehicles are serviced to the highest standards. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles. Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Repair and replace automotive electrical systems, transmissions, and powertrain components. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks. Execute vehicle alignments and other mechanical adjustments as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests while maintaining high-quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Technician is required. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and repair techniques is essential. Familiarity with Electrical is a plus. Experience with auto estimating and understanding of vehicle maintenance schedules is beneficial. Welding skills are advantageous for specific repair tasks.
