The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating communication between customers and our service technicians. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive service and vehicle maintenance to effectively address customer needs and ensure satisfaction. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services required, including but not limited to brake repair, tire service, shocks and struts replacement, and air brake systems. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs. Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and automotive service offerings. Prepare estimates for services and repairs, ensuring transparency in pricing. Follow up with customers regarding their service experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Promote additional services based on customer needs while maintaining a focus on customer trust and satisfaction. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history. Skills Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and vehicle maintenance practices. Familiarity with mechanical concepts related to brake repair, tire service, shocks, struts, air brakes, and alignment. Excellent sales skills with the ability to recommend services effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with customers clearly and professionally. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service that fosters long-term relationships.
