Technician Are you an automotive enthusiast who takes pride in your work? Do you wish shops were more concerned about doing what's right and considering their customers rather than chasing a dollar? If so, we'd love to talk with you. What you will do Diagnose system issues using shop provided equipment and your tools Complete repairs across all vehicle systems Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation and alignments Apply notes to customer tickets explaining your findings Speak with customers as needed about your findings Help keep the shop clean and organized Qualifications and Requirements Two (2) years of automotive repair experience, BMW or MINI preferred Hold a valid driver's license May lift objects as much as 50 lbs Previous experience with diagnostic equipment Willingness to learn Benefits Two (2) weeks of paid vacation One (1) week of sick time Available Healthcare and Dental Plan Available Simple IRA with matching Hourly position with bonus potential when we succeed as a team Small, family-owned business with flexible schedule Climate controlled facility
