Job Description

Job Overview JN Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Assistant Service Consultant to join its Chevrolet service team. This role supports daily operations within the Service Department by assisting guests, coordinating service processes, and ensuring a seamless and elevated service experience for our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service & Communication Welcome guests in a friendly, professional and attentive manner. Obtain guest's authorization for recommended repairs, and communicate vehicle status updates and repair progress. Handle phone inquiries regarding appointments and status of repair work. Service Coordination & Administration Schedule service appointments and support estimate preparation. Document guest's concerns and ensure accurate records. Maintain key control and service documentation. Assist with warranty approvals and service documentation. Vehicle Operations & Lot Management Safely move, park in designated areas, and deliver guest vehicles. Delivery & Payments Support seamless vehicle delivery and checkout experience. Process payments with accuracy and professionalism. Standards & Support Uphold quality control standards and exceptional customer service. Perform all tasks in accordance with company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must have six months to one year of customer-related experience and/or training. Must have a current driver's license and an acceptable driving abstract. Must have proficient computer skills.
Hourly Pay Range :
$16.00 to $20.00, depending on experience.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
