Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' vehicles operate smoothly and safely. This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in automotive repair, tire service, and vehicle maintenance while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Tire and Lube Technician, you will perform essential services that keep vehicles running at their best, providing excellent service and support to our valued customers. Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct oil changes using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure optimal engine performance Assist with vehicle alignments to improve handling and prolong tire life Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks accurately Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Requirements Prior automotive repair experience is highly preferred Demonstrated mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes and tire service Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment safely during daily tasks Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent attention to detail Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various automotive equipment confidently Join us if you're passionate about cars, eager to learn, and ready to deliver top-quality service in a lively environment.
