Automotive Paint Technician

Community Motors Collision Center is in need of a Paint Specialist. •Looking for 3+ years of experience! •If you are a Top Producer apply NOW! Responsibilities and Duties Job Duties include: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy. Responsible for completing high quality paint repairs in the shortest time possible while ensuring exceptional service to our customers. Complete repairs per estimate and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Meet OE and I-CAR standards. To protect the customers vehicle at all times during the repair process. Documents all work performed as soon as the job is completed. To repair damaged vehicles back to pre-accident condition. Strong, consistant attention to detail. Check all parts to ensure that they are correct and that undamaged parts are received. To deliver defect free work to the next department. Keep work area clean. Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills Skills and Education:

I-CAR certifications preferred, but not mandatory High School Diploma or GED preferred. Extensive knowledge of performing high quality paint repair using up to date methods.
