Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Powersports Mechanic to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports vehicles, including UTV's, motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle is serviced efficiently and safely, providing our customers with top-quality performance and reliability. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powersports vehicles using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks such as engine repairs, brake replacements, suspension work, and electrical troubleshooting. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to complete repairs and assemblies efficiently. Disassemble and reassemble vehicles with precision, ensuring all parts meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing recommendations for vehicle maintenance, and answering technical questions professionally. Complete detailed service reports, maintain accurate repair logs, and ensure all work adheres to dealership standards. Lift heavy components safely during repairs and perform routine inspections to uphold quality control. Requirements Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working on powersports or automotive vehicles. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues using automotive diagnostics tools. Experience in vehicle maintenance including brake repair, suspension work, engine troubleshooting, and assembly. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques required for repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Knowledge of automotive repair best practices along with experience in sales or upselling service options is a plus. Pay:
$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
