Salary:
$50,000 - $110,000 annually (depending on knowledge and experience) 4 10-hour workdays Immediate eligibility for 401(k) with employer matching contributions Health insurance as low as $50/month Free Dental, Vision, and Life insurance (additional if adding dependents), plus more benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays

Job Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Automotive Technician (A or B level). experience at a dealership is a plus Valid Driver's License and clean driving record, required Proficient with diagnostic scanners, hand tools, and power tools Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair Problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail Ability to perform jobs within assigned timelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work professionally and respectfully with others while demonstrating positive interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively with all team members and management
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, powertrain, and electrical Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, fluid checks, and filter replacements Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc. Interpret technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and to ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used, including data entry on PBS system Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service Communicate repair needs, timelines, and costs effectively with service advisors Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional work environment, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations Work 4 10-hour days/week and additional hours, as needed. Report to work as scheduled and work full scheduled hours to meet job expectations Perform other duties, as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Stand and walk during scheduled shifts, regularly, up to 10 hours/day Steadily use wrists, hands, and fingers to handle, feel, and grip objects, tools, and other components to operate equipment and perform work, regularly Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, stretch, push, pull, crouch, crawl, and reach, regularly Talk effectively, hear/listen and understand, and smell, regularly Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision (distinguish colors), peripheral vision, depth perception, 3-dimensional vision (judge distances and spatial relationships), and the ability to adjust focus Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly, and up to 100 lbs. with assistance Work in an environment where extreme temperatures range seasonally from hot to cold Comfortable working in an environment with loud noises, vibration, and exposure to automotive fluids and fumes Capable of operating vehicles safely within and around the shop Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), as needed If a career move to Cassill Motors sounds like a good fit for you, apply today!
