Part Time Automotive Customer Service Rep

Clinton Auto Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Customer Service Rep in our Business Development Center. This is a Part Time position with flexible hours M-F .

Tasks include:

• Answering high volume inbound calls for service appointments
• Scheduling appointments
• Handling all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
• Projecting a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests, and providing general information
• Outbound customer follow up calls
• Data Entry 1+ year automotive or call center experience preferred.

Must be dependable with excellent communications skills and the ability to multitask. Automotive sales or service experience is a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. Proven customer service track record or obvious desire to provide next level customer service is required.
