What We Offer $40/hour starting pay for A-Level Technicians Pay increases based on Infiniti training and certification levels Annual performance and compensation reviews Consistent workflow in a busy, high-volume shop Modern equipment and a clean, organized facility Supportive team environment with strong leadership Career growth within a respected dealership group Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Infiniti vehicles Efficiently complete work orders to meet flat-rate standards Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail Qualifications Previous experience as an A-Level Technician (Infiniti/Nissan preferred) Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills ASE certifications are a plus Infiniti training certifications highly valued (and rewarded) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
