Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our automotive facility team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of issues to ensure safe vehicle operations. Your expertise will help keep vehicals running smoothly, and uphold safety standards across the facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about auto body and maintenance. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on automobiles and equipment, including electrical components. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly and accurately. Operate precision measuring instruments such as diagnostic tools to assess system performance. Conduct welding tasks using welding techniques and perform repairs involving welding, cutting, and fabrication. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and track work orders and equipment history. Collaborate with field service teams to perform repairs on-site at various locations within the facility as needed. Skills Extensive experience in automotive mechanic roles within facilities or similar environments. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and control system diagrams. Ability to use diagnostic devices accurately. Skilled in welding techniques specific to welding standards; capable of fabricating parts or repairs as required. Knowledge maintenance tracking and management; familiarity with analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues. Experience troubleshooting and repairs Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external clients during operations. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork.
