Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, RV repair, and electrical systems specific to recreational vehicles. This role requires hands-on experience with various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RVs, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and implement effective solutions. Utilize hand tools and power tools to conduct repairs and installations. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Document all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles accurately. Stay updated on the latest RV technologies and repair techniques. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair. Proficiency in working with HVAC systems specific to recreational vehicles. Familiarity with both hand tools and power tools used in the repair process. Ability to solder components effectively as part of electrical repairs. Understanding of automotive electrical systems, including troubleshooting skills. Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus but not required. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
