Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining vehicle performance and ensuring customer satisfaction. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, perform essential maintenance tasks, and develop your skills in automotive repair and diagnostics. As a key member of our service department, you'll deliver high-quality service with enthusiasm and professionalism, contributing to the smooth operation of our dealership service center. Responsibilities Perform oil changes efficiently and accurately, ensuring all manufacturer specifications are met Conduct tire services including rotations, replacements, and repairs to maintain optimal vehicle safety Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and brake inspections Support automotive diagnostics by identifying issues through visual inspections and basic testing procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay to promote safety and efficiency Communicate clearly with service advisors about the customers vehicle maintenance needs and service recommendations Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Demonstrated mechanic experience with hands-on knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques Mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling tires, batteries, or other vehicle parts Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicles safely Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods during shifts Join us if you're ready to accelerate your career in automotive service! Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
