  • Full-time C&S Car Company is seeking a charismatic, motivated, and hard-working individual to join its growing BDC department. The primary role of this position will be to communicate with potential customers by email, phone, and text to generate appointments and opportunities for our service department. Responsibilities
  • Receiving inbound service requests via phone and internet inquiries
  • Making outbound service contact both by phone and through email
  • Possess inbound/outbound calling experience
  • Automotive experience (dealership) preferred
  • Drive to achieve goals set by your management team
  • Customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, must be a quick learner with the ability to multi-task
  • Must possess typing skills and be comfortable learning and utilizing multiple computer systems/software . Must possess strong organizational and time management skills Qualifications
  • Strong work ethics, punctuality, self-starter, ability to be flexible and a team player
  • Pleasant and professional phone demeanor with exceptional communication skills
  • Must be patient, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
