About the Opportunity Brown's West Branch is growing. We have an immediate opening for an Automotive Service Advisor . We are looking for individuals ready to move beyond mundane jobs and become a pivotal part of our Service Team. Job Responsibilities Intelligent Intake:
Don't just take orders; investigate. Listen intently to guest concerns and ask the specific, probing questions that allow our technicians to identify issues quickly and accurately.
Maintenance Management:
Proactively analyze vehicle age, mileage, and type to determine manufacturer-required maintenance. Review service history to ensure lingering issues are finally addressed.
The Communication Loop:
You are the bridge between the bay and the guest. Obtain a crystal-clear understanding of technician recommendations and communicate the status of the vehicle every step of the way.
Guest Advocacy:
Thoroughly understand the guest's specific needs and situation. Providing transparent estimates and realistic repair timelines is critical to your primary goal: total guest confidence and satisfaction.
Requirements Commitment:
A resume reflecting stability and a strong work ethic.
Resilience:
Must work well under pressure and possess strong time-management skills.
Communication:
Fantastic communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to present complex information clearly to guests.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Attitude:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
