As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will be responsible for changing oil, filters, topping off fluids, inspecting auto components, and preforming routine maintenance. You must be comfortable using the dealership's computer software and have knowledge of vehicle systems. If you have a "never give up" attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Use your experience to work as a team to properly and completely preform an oil change. Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, and brake pad inspections, and fluid exchanges. Conduct vehicle inspections of all systems, including belts, wipers, fluids, and batteries. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner Qualifications Previous hands on experience working on automobiles and engines. An automotive service technician training program is preferred Professional paid experience is preferred. Strong customer service and communications skills are required
