POSITION OVERVIEW

Identifies customer needs through communication and proper inspection processes. Communicates identified needs and gives suggestions in a professional manner back to the customer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outstanding customer service in person and on the phone Quote prices (via computer) in response to customer requests Maintain company and store goals in relation to: CFNA applications, tire units, alignment units, and lube ticket averages. Inspect and diagnose service, tire, and automotive repairs problems, communicate necessary repairs and/or replacement of tires. May be required to support alignments, lube shop and tire shop. Work with Salesmen to ensure their account requirements are communicated and met. Notifies customer on special order follow-up. Identifies ways to maximize new sales opportunities within the existing customer base and executes that plan. Recommend additional preventative services to customers. Monitor customer wait times to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and neat work area May assist with the administrative duties, inventory function; receiving, warehousing, delivery May assist with picking up and delivering vehicles for customers. Obtains monthly sales and GP goal (goal set by store manager) Obtains monthly unit goals (goals set by store manager) Supports company safety, professional and operational standards and adheres to all audit requirements. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

- required. Valid Driver s License and Insurable Driving Record (required) Minimum of 1-2 years tire experience and sales experience High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
