Job Summary Are you an experienced RV Technician looking for flexible, high-paying, part-time work that allows you to operate independently? We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Mobile RV Technician to handle service and repair jobs on a contract, flat-rate basis. This position is perfect for a motivated individual ready to launch or expand their own mobile service business, offering the freedom of independent work combined with a consistent stream of jobs.

We require you to be on-call/available 2-3 days per week (specific days negotiable).

Consistent Work:
We provide the jobs, you provide the service. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various systems on all types of RVs, including travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems (AC units, furnaces). Diagnosing and fixing electrical systems (AC/DC power, converters, inverters). Performing repairs on plumbing and LP gas systems . Repairing and maintaining appliances (refrigerators, water heaters, ranges). Inspecting, repairing, and sealing roofs and slide-out mechanisms. Providing clear communication with customers regarding repair status and necessary work. Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven Experience:
Documented experience as an RV Service Technician.
Reliability:
You must be highly dependable, show up on time for appointments, and complete jobs in a professional and timely manner. This is our top priority.
Own Tools:
Must possess a complete set of professional-grade tools required for all facets of RV repair.
Reliable Transportation:
Must own a reliable truck or van capable of transporting tools, small parts, and equipment to various job sites.
Professionalism:
Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Certification (Preferred):
RVDA-RVIA
Certification is a plus, but extensive experience may substitute.
