We are looking for a Service Rental Vehicle Consultant to join our team. At Kendall Hyundai of Boise, our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Computer proficiency is required, as is a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment. General automobile knowledge is preferred. A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required. Job duties include determining customer vehicle needs by speaking directly with customers or working with the service advisor, maintaining a reservation schedule, verifying all customers information needed to obtain a rental, prepare vehicles for customer pick up, maintain customer information within our system and receipting payments for rental vehicles. Working conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
