Job Description

Job Summary Golden Rule Brake is growing!!! As we near opening of our 5th location in Coeur D'Alene Idaho, we are seeking a few skilled and dedicated Automotive Technicians to join our team. We are a family-orientated company, with excellent benefits (for you AND your family) and steady work-flow. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in automotive suspension and brake service. This role involves working on various types of vehicles, including all levels of brake, steering, and suspension repair and proficiency in performing alignments, ensuring that all repairs are completed to the highest standards. Duties Perform vehicle repairs including brake inspections and replacement, diagnosis of suspension issues and noise complaints and wheel alignments. Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Repair and align vehicle components, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating repair needs and recommendations to service writers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive service and repair is required. Strong knowledge of vehicle brake systems and diagnostics. Ability to perform vehicle alignments accurately using appropriate equipment is required . Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
Brake and suspension repair, and alignment: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)
