Job Description

Ford Certified Technician Mike White Ford of Coeur d'Alene
  • Coeur d'Alene, ID Full-Time $29.00
  • $50.00+ per flat rate hour depending on skill and certifications + Annual Retention Bonus
  • Mike White Ford of Coeur d'Alene is seeking Ford Certified Technicians with an emphasis on Diesel, Transmission and/or Electrical , to join our growing service team.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles using Ford factory diagnostic tools, resources and procedures.
  • Document all warranty and retail work performed accurately and in compliance with Ford standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and quality multi-point inspections.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors to advise on accurate repair needs and timelines to our customers.
  • Collaborate with and support your fellow technicians.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Stay current with Ford training and certifications.
Qualifications:
  • Current Ford Certifications (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience preferred).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Good citizen and teammate
