RV Technician - Experienced

Experienced RV Technician:

This is a full-time position in the Recreational Vehicle service industry. There is one opening for this position.

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Diagnosis and repair of Recreational Vehicle systems

Experience:

The preferred candidate will have experience in the following areas: Fresh water and waste water systems AC and DC electrical diagnosis and repair Appliance diagnosis and repair (Furnaces, Water Heaters, Refrigerators, Roof Air, etc) LP gas systems Trailer wiring Hitch installation (5th Wheel, Gooseneck, Weight Distribution) Tow bar installation Roof repair and replacement Generator maintenance and repair (We are an authorized Onan Dealer) Chassis Service (oil changes, chassis lube, shocks, diff service, brakes)

Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years of experience as an RV technician. Ideal candidate will have more than five (5) years of experience Demonstrates the willingness to learn and work on a variety of job tasks Demonstrates a positive attitude Demonstrates the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions Demonstrates good attendance and punctuality Demonstrates the ability to work independently Demonstrates the ability to work in a safe manner as well as maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: The candidate is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The candidate will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, high noise levels, and risk of electrical shock. The candidate will be exposed to extreme outside weather conditions, both heat and cold. The candidate will be exposed to wet/rainy conditions. The candidate must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. The proper candidate must have a clean driving record and must be drug free. A criminal history background check and pre-employment drug screen will be conducted prior to beginning employment.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation will depend on experience. Our compensation plan is tailored to each individual employee and includes employer subsidized medical, dental and vision after a 60 day probationary period. About the
