Experienced Automotive Technician Wanted•Leadership Opportunity We're looking for an experienced automotive technician who enjoys diagnostics, problem-solving, and mentoring the next generation of technicians. Our shop has a full crew of motivated, eager-to-learn younger techs. What we're missing is a leader—someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys sharing their knowledge, and wants to help build a strong team. If you're tired of flat-rate pay, competing for work, or being rushed to prioritize quantity over quality, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. We have a steady flow of work and need someone who is passionate about accurate diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and fixing vehicles the right way the first time.
Qualifications:
