We are a local repair shop built on honest work, quality service, and taking care of our customers. We are looking for someone with automotive repair experience who takes pride in their work, communicates well with the team, and wants to be part of a shop people can count on. This position may be a good fit for someone who is experienced, teachable, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy automotive repair environment. Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting Repair and service vehicle systems as needed Use shop tools, repair information, and equipment safely and appropriately Communicate clearly with the team about vehicle concerns, repair needs, and job progress Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized Test drive customer vehicles when needed Follow shop procedures and safety standards Help maintain the quality and reputation of Blue Skies Automotive Qualifications Automotive repair experience preferred Valid driver's license required Must be able to safely drive customer vehicles Applicant will be required to provide a current driving record as part of the hiring process Reliable transportation to and from work required Must have basic personal hand tools. Specialty tools and shop equipment are provided as needed. Basic diagnostic and repair knowledge required Dependable, honest, and willing to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and grow Experience with diagnostics, electrical, alignments, or advanced repairs is a plus, but not required Pay $22-$35 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, and ability to work independently.
