Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire-related services and assisting customers with their automotive needs. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.Duties:
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct tire inspections and recommend appropriate solutions
- Assist customers with selecting the right tires for their vehicles
- Mount and balance tires using power tools and equipment
- Complete oil changes and other basic automotive services as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in tire service or automotive repair is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in tire service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
