Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Performance Technician who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast paced environment, and has a true passion for automotive performance. ⸻ Position Summary The Performance Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, upgrading, and maintaining high performance vehicles. This role requires strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team focused environment. The ideal candidate has experience with domestic performance platforms (Ford, Dodge and GM), forced induction systems, suspension setups, driveline upgrades, and performance troubleshooting. ⸻ Responsibilities Perform installation of aftermarket performance parts and upgrades Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on high performance vehicles Complete engine, suspension, drivetrain, brake, and fuel system work Assist with fabrication and custom performance projects Perform vehicle inspections and quality control checks Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes Ensure vehicles are completed on time and to HPJ quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional Collaborate with service advisors, tuners, and management Stay current on new technologies, products, and performance trends ⸻ Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required Performance automotive experience preferred but not required Strong understanding of diagnostics and troubleshooting Experience with Ford, Dodge or GM performance platforms and forced induction systems preferred Ability to use diagnostic tools and shop equipment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team environment Valid driver's license required ASE certifications are a plus but not required ⸻ Preferred Experience Mustang and domestic performance platforms Supercharger and turbocharger installations Suspension and chassis setup Wiring and electrical troubleshooting Fabrication and custom performance work Dyno and tuning support experience ⸻ What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity for growth within a rapidly growing performance company High energy performance focused work environment Access to cutting edge builds and projects Team culture built around passion, performance, and innovation Employee discounts on products and services Health Insurance Employee IRA plan Paid Vacation ⸻ Culture Fit We are looking for individuals who: Take ownership of their work Have a strong passion for performance vehicles Value teamwork and accountability Want to grow personally and professionally Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day ⸻ Apply Today Join the team at and help build some of the fastest and most exciting vehicles in the country
