We are building a high-performance team from the ground up and are looking for driven, sales-focused Service Advisors who wants to grow with us. This is not an entry-level counter position — this is a career opportunity for someone who knows how to sell, communicate, and manage a fast-paced shop environment. What You'll Do Greet customers and deliver an exceptional service experience Take part in vehicle inspections to properly relay needed repairs Build trust and confidently recommend needed repairs and maintenance Manage incoming calls and convert leads into appointments and sales Oversee shop workflow and ensure efficient vehicle throughput Communicate clearly between customers and technicians Follow up on estimates and maximize closed sales What We're Looking For Proven sales ability (REQUIRED) - you must be comfortable asking for the sale Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent phone communication skills Ability to multitask and manage shop flow in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Automotive knowledge preferred Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven Why TechWorx?
