We're looking for a Certified Master Technician to lead our technical operations, someone who sets the standard for excellence and actually wants to grow with us. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair vehicles across all makes and models using OBD-II scanners, Alldata, and manufacturer-specific diagnostic platforms Own complex repairs: alignments, electrical systems, HVAC, drivetrain, engine performance, advanced diagnostics Mentor and supervise Level A, B, and C technicians—set the standard for quality and professionalism on the shop floor QC review completed work before vehicles return to customers Communicate findings clearly to service writers, management, and customers (translate complex technical work into customer-facing language) Use Shopmonkey (our shop management software) to log work, track jobs, and maintain detailed documentation—non-negotiable Stay current with manufacturer technical bulletins, recall updates, and emerging automotive technology Follow OSHA and EPA safety rules without exception; maintain a clean, organized work area Handle both retail and fleet vehicles; maintain consistent quality across all job types Work directly with management on workflow strategy and shop-wide solutions What We're Looking For Technical mastery: Diagnose and fix complex problems that other shops can't figure out
