In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise and comprehensive 2D and 3D architectural, mechanical, and system design drawings using industry-standard CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, including AutoCAD and Revit. Your expertise will support various projects across construction, interior design, system design, and graphic visualization, ensuring that all technical drawings meet project specifications and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects while honing your drafting skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Develop detailed construction and system schematics using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and other CAD platforms. Create accurate 3D models and visualizations utilizing Revit, 3ds Max, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, and 2D animation tools to enhance project presentations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret project requirements and translate concepts into precise technical drawings. Prepare interior design layouts, mechanical systems schematics, and graphic design elements that align with project goals. Review and revise drawings based on client feedback or updated project specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in system design processes by integrating CAD models with schematic diagrams and construction documents. Maintain organized digital files of all drawings, ensuring version control and adherence to project deadlines. Experience Proven experience working as an AutoCAD or Revit Technician within architecture, engineering, or construction industries. Strong proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, SolidWorks, and associated tools like Bluebeam for PDF markup. Familiarity with SketchUp for conceptual modeling; Grasshopper 3D and Rhinoceros 3D for parametric design; System design; Mechanical design; Interior design; Graphic visualization; 2D animation; Schematics; Drafting; Construction documentation. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of industry standards related to CAD drafting practices across various disciplines such as mechanical systems, interior layouts, or structural components.
