Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle painting and repair, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing vehicle problems, and ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards.
Duties:
  • Refinish panels as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as Paint booth filters, gun cleaning, air supply filters and material replacements ordering.
  • Find and select paint code and appropriate variant for color application
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians to complete complex repairs and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive paint technology and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Refinish Technician, with a strong background in vehicle painting and repair.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world situations.
  • Experience with auto body repair.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in automotive technology and best practices.
  • Experience with auto painting, buffing, and paint spraying is preferred.
