Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM

• fleet vehicles, equipment, and shop operations Supportive, no-drama team environment Real growth opportunity as the company continues to expand Full benefits + retirement plan + bonus opportunities What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles, light trucks, and jobsite equipment Perform preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and downtime Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Manage and track parts, tools, and shop inventory Support warehouse organization and material handling as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and yard Keep accurate service logs and maintenance records What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on automotive or fleet mechanic experience Strong ability to diagnose issues-not just swap parts Experience with trucks, trailers, or light equipment preferred Comfortable balancing mechanical work + shop/warehouse responsibilities Valid driver's license with clean record Able to lift 75-100 lbs and work in a shop/yard environment Bonus Points For Fleet maintenance experience ASE certification or formal training DOT compliance knowledge Forklift experience or certification Inventory or parts management experience The Bottom Line If you're a mechanic who wants steady hours, consistent pay, and a role where you can actually take ownership of your work•this is a great fit.
