This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both parts ordering and labor estimating , helping keep our internal vehicle operations efficient and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage labor estimates for internal vehicle repairs and reconditioning Identify, source, and order automotive parts efficiently and accurately Coordinate with technicians to ensure estimates reflect actual repair needs Track and update repair orders from start to completion Maintain organized records of parts, pricing, and vendor relationships Communicate timelines and updates with internal teams Ensure cost control and accuracy in all estimates and orders

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Writer, Parts Specialist, or Estimator in automotive Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes Experience with estimating software and parts lookup systems High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with internal fleets or dealership recon departments Familiarity with vendor sourcing and pricing negotiation Basic mechanical knowledge or technician background (a plus)
