In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on various types of vehicles. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to complete service tasks. Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Collaborate with other technicians to align on service needs and ensure quality workmanship. Engage in sales opportunities by promoting additional services based on customer needs. Lift heavy equipment as required during the service process. Qualifications Ability to perform heavy lifting as necessary for various tasks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with our team. Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment related to vehicle maintenance. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team environment.
