Job DescriptionAre you an ASE Journeyman Certified Technician looking for the great compensation, benefits, and career growth in the industry? Berman Kia is looking to add a Journeyman technician to the team!
Location:
Niles, IL
Job Type:
Full-Time (5-Day Work Week)
Pay:
 $46-$50 per booked hour (based on ASE certifications and manufacturer training)No Kia/Hyundai Certifications? No Problem. As long as you have your ASE certifications, we provide paid training and manufacture certifications!

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer specifications, including brake and hydraulic systems, exhaust, fuel and ignition systems, electrical systems, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, and onboard computer systemsPerform advanced diagnostics and complete repairs accurately and efficientlyUtilize Kia/Hyundai diagnostic tools and follow factory repair proceduresCommunicate technical diagnoses and recommended repairs clearly to service advisors and customersQualificationsJourneyman Technician status or higher requiredStrong diagnostic and repair experience across all major vehicle systemsASE certifications Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and softwareStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudeValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
