Position Summary:

As an RV Service Technician at Oasis Outdoors RV, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of RVs, including motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth wheels. This role is crucial to our mission of delivering high-quality service and ensuring our customers hit the road with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues in RVs. Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and system inspections. Install, repair, and replace RV components such as appliances, HVAC systems, generators, and more. Conduct thorough inspections of RVs to identify potential issues and provide accurate repair estimates. Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used. Ensure a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

Whether you're a seasoned technician or just starting out, we have a place for you. If you're new to the field, we offer hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals. Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components, is a plus. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.). Comfortable working in various weather conditions and confined spaces. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
