We are looking for a professional who can build trust with customers, effectively recommend maintenance and repair services, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. If you're an advisor who understands how to balance exceptional customer service with strong sales performance, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers from write-up through delivery Build long-term customer relationships through transparency and outstanding communication Present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence and integrity Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely repairs Manage a high-volume service drive while maintaining attention to detail Provide status updates and ensure customers are informed throughout the repair process Prepare estimates, secure approvals, and maximize service sales opportunities Resolve customer concerns professionally and create a best-in-class ownership experience What We're Looking For Previous Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment Experience working within Stellantis / Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service Team(s) Proven track record of customer satisfaction and service sales performance Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Xtime, Dealertrack, or similar dealership systems is a plus Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Why Join Al Piemonte CDJR?
